REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

    1. Cancellation By The Cargo Provider/Engager:
  • Before 24 hours of commencement of trip – Rs.1000/-
  • Before the truck reaches the pick-up point – Rs.2500/-
  • After the truck reaches the pick-up point – Rs.5000/-
    • 2. Cancellation By The Truck Owner/Holder/Provider:
  • Before 24 hours of commencement of trip – Rs.500/-
  • Before the truck reaches the pick-up point – Rs.1000/-
  • After the truck reaches the pick-up point – Rs.2000/-
  • Note :-The above refund/cancellation policy for cargo provider/truck owners etc will be applicable over and above amount Rs 10,000/- freight charges per trip.

    4. Should the cargo provider while loading the truck change the type of load, quantity of the load accepted at the time of payment, the trip is subjected to be cancelled without any refund.

    5. Request for cancellation of orders placed via RTGS, NEFT, Bank to Bank transfer will made subject to the realization by Wayside Utilities Private Limited.

    6. Normally it takes a minimum of 15-30 days for the refunds to be processed. However, we can’t guarantee the accuracy/timeliness of the refunds reaching the customers as such transactions involve multiple entities on which www.waysidetruckfreight.com doesn’t hold any control. The payment of refunds for this shall be at sole discretion of www.waysidetruckfreight.com . In whatsoever situation, www.waysidetruckfreight.com is not obligated to make any refund to any party.
